How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary. Partners endeavour to ship products within 3 business days, please bear in mind personalized and made to order products will vary.
For most delivery methods an estimated delivery date will be provided. Each partner will let you know when they aim to dispatch your products once you've placed the order.

Can I cancel my order?
If the order has not been shipped and is not custom, you may be able to cancel the order. If you need to cancel your order please contact the team as soon as possible so we can do our best to help you.

Shipping & Promotions
If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the shipping cost. Any free shipping refers to standard Canada shipping only.
How is shipping calculated?
Each vendor sets their own shipping prices, check their shipping policy on their shop pages. At checkout, the total shipping cost is added to the cart. Please note the shipping cost is split across products and vendors. We are working to show the cost split on the cart soon. Not at all! Filling out an application introduces your business and gives you the proper information about working with us.
What are the fees for joining the collective?
Like many of other vendor marketplaces, we charge a minimal monthly fee and commission on each sale. We are consistently building and refining our business model to ensure we are accelerating our Partners growth.
Why haven't I had a response to my application?
Our team strives to contact businesses with 10 business days of submitting their application. If you submitted your application more than 10 days ago, please contact the team to enquire about the status.
Do I need to have professional images for my products to be accepted?
No. However, please bear in mind that clear, well lit photography does increase conversion rates on product listings.
How is shipping calculated?
